Central and local executive authorities that do not have a Call Center must submit the relevant information (documents) to the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan within 3 months in order to organize call services at the “108” Call Center and take other necessary measures related to the connection.
According to the news of “Elchi”, the Cabinet of Ministers has made a decision on this matter.
According to the decision, legal entities owned by the state and those in which the controlling stake (shares) belongs to the state, including public legal entities created on behalf of the state, must create call centers at their own expense (taking into account the income obtained from their activities) or organize the provision of call services on a contractual basis within 5 months.
The State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan must:
– Ensure that call services for central and local executive authorities that do not have a Call Center are provided through the “108” Call Center;
– Submit its proposals regarding the financial resources necessary for the material and technical support of the “108” Call Center to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The Ministry of Finance must ensure the allocation of the necessary financial resources to the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President.
