Today, the State Examination Center will hold the next exams.

“Elchi” presents the list of exams to be held today with reference to the center.

1. The first stage of the entrance exam for graduates of previous years, the entrance exam to higher education institutions for the V specialty group, and to colleges based on 11-year education;

2. Additional foreign language exam for current year graduates who wish to participate in the competition in a language other than the foreign language they took in the graduation exam;

3. Additional language of instruction exam for current year graduates who wish to take the entrance exam in a language other than the language they took in the graduation exam;

4. Graduation exam for current year 11th-grade students who could not participate in the graduation exams held in March due to valid reasons and for whom an application has been submitted to the Center;

5. Graduation exam for persons who wish to participate in the final attestation for the 11th grade in the externship format;

6. Graduation exam for 11th-grade graduates of previous years who could not participate in the graduation exams for various reasons and for whom an application has been submitted to the Center;

7. Graduation exam for current year 11th-grade students of schools located in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

The exams will be held in Baku, Absheron, Sumgayit, Ganja, Shamkir, Shaki, Lankaran, Mingachevir, Shirvan, Gazakh, Barda, Sabirabad, Goychay, Kurdamir, Salyan, Jalilabad, Guba, Khachmaz, Khankendi, Kangarli, and the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, and will start at 11:00. The admission regime will end at 10:45. Participants arriving after this time will not be admitted to the exam building.

To ensure that participants enter the exam building comfortably, different arrival times have been set for the building, and that time is indicated on the admission ticket. Therefore, it is recommended to arrive at the exam building at the time noted on the admission ticket.

Applicants (students) must bring the following documents to the exam:

– Exam admission ticket;

– Original identity document:

a) Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan (including participants under 16 years of age) – ID card;

b) Foreigners and stateless persons – residence permits issued by the State Migration Service, and foreign citizens who have received refugee status and their family members – refugee cards;

– Participants who do not have a photo on their ID card, along with other documents, must bring a certificate issued by the educational institution with a photo attached (a 3×4 cm photo of the participant is attached to the certificate and stamped).

It is expected that 37,338 people will participate in the exam (12,828 in Baku, 1,194 in Absheron, 1,709 in Sumgayit, 2,387 in Ganja, 501 in Shamkir, 1,349 in Shaki, 1,643 in Lankaran, 1,049 in Mingachevir, 890 in Shirvan, 598 in Gazakh, 1,667 in Barda, 910 in Sabirabad, 795 in Goychay, 427 in Kurdamir, 1,074 in Salyan, 811 in Jalilabad, 391 in Guba, 1,501 in Khachmaz, 25 in Khankendi, 253 in Kangarli, and 5,336 in the Nakhchivan AR).

90 applicants with disabilities (visually impaired, cerebral palsy, hearing impaired, etc.) will also participate in the exam. Special halls have been allocated for them to take the exam comfortably, and individual supervisors have been appointed for persons whose visual impairment is determined by 81-100 percent impairment of body functions. Conditions have also been created for the entry and movement of students with limited mobility in the building and hall. In addition, special training has been conducted for supervisors assigned to participants with disabilities.

For the management of the exam, 162 general exam supervisors, 466 exam supervisors, 3,577 proctors, 477 admission regime staff, and 162 building representatives have been assigned.
