In accordance with the instructions given by President Ilham Aliyev at the meeting dedicated to the unified action plan titled “Azerbaijan’s New Digital Architecture,” efforts to provide public services through the “mygov” portal are being expanded.
The State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons informed “Elchi” that, within this framework, the integration between the agency’s internal electronic document management system (EDS) and the “mygov” platform has been completed.
The new electronic service, implemented since April of this year, ensures that citizens’ applications are received and responded to based on an operational, transparent, and unified mechanism.
This integration is also of great importance in terms of the implementation of the “Great Return” Program. Thus, additional opportunities are being created to facilitate citizens’ access to public services upon their return to the liberated territories, to resolve their applications flexibly, and to address social-administrative issues electronically and operationally.
