On April 17, Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev held a citizen reception in the city of Gusar.

It was noted that residents of Gusar, Guba, and Khachmaz attended the reception: “The Minister of Science and Education listened to the citizens who had signed up for the reception and gave instructions to the heads of the relevant ministry departments regarding the prompt investigation of the appeals and the resolution of the raised issues in accordance with the legislation.”
