“Elchi” reports that this was stated by the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan.
“There can be no state body in Armenia that does not originate from the people. In the Republic of Armenia, there must be a justice system that originates from the people. This is only possible with a new Constitution, and we must do it,” he said.
