Immediately upon receiving the information, rescuers from the Special Risky Rescue Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were dispatched to the scene.
Using mountaineering equipment, the rescuers entered the apartment located on the third floor of the nine-story residential building through the balcony and handed over the minor, born in 2023, to their parents.
