The Google search engine has resumed its operations in Iran.
“Elchi” reports that this is according to the “RIA Novosti” agency, citing Tehran residents.
One of the agency’s interlocutors noted that they tried to use the company’s other service, “Google Translate,” but it did not work. In response to a question about whether “Gmail” is working, the person stated that they are not registered there, but the main page of the email service opens.
The agency reports that VPN services, which Iranians use to bypass the blocks placed on the “Telegram” messenger and the “YouTube” platform, have currently become more expensive and ineffective.
