President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on amending the list of officials authorized to draw up protocols on cases of administrative offenses considered by district (city) and military courts.
“Elchi” reports that, according to the decree, the names of the authorized parties and officials regarding property issues in the main list dated May 3, 2017, have been redefined. This is due to the restructuring of some institutions within the framework of institutional reforms being implemented in the country.
According to the amendment, instead of the persons acting on behalf of the previously abolished State Committee on Property Issues, the following officials of the State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy will now be able to draw up protocols:
Head of the Service and his deputies;
Head of the Office and his deputy;
Department heads and their deputies;
Management of the territorial departments of the Service.
Furthermore, officials of the “State Cadastre and Registry of Real Estate” public legal entity under the Service have also been added to the list. From now on, the Chairman of the Board of that entity and his deputies, department heads and their deputies, as well as heads of territorial offices and their deputies, have the right to draw up protocols on administrative offenses.
