Within the framework of the “State Program for the Education of Youth at Prestigious Higher Education Institutions of Foreign Countries for 2022-2028”, the application process for the 2026-2027 academic year for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels at the world’s prestigious universities has been announced as open starting from April 15, 2026.

It was stated that the deadline for document submission is June 5, 2026, at 18:00.
“Please note that the updated list of higher education institutions and educational programs approved under the State Program was presented to the public on January 12, 2026.
One of the main conditions for applying to the program is obtaining an admission document for one of the programs included in the aforementioned list.
In addition to the educational programs included in the relevant list, individuals who have been admitted to undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs in any field of study not included in the list, provided by higher education institutions ranked in the “top 10 universities” by “Times Higher Education”, “QS World University Rankings”, and “Academic Ranking of World Universities (Shanghai)”, may apply to the State Program, taking into account existing exceptions. This year, there are changes regarding higher education institutions ranked in the “TOP 10” and the doctoral level. It is recommended to review the notes on the relevant list to familiarize yourself with these changes.
