Anar Bayramov appointed as Executive Director of TABIB

On April 14, a meeting of the Supervisory Board of the “Management Union of Medical Territorial Units” (TABIB) public legal entity was held under the chairmanship of Khalid Ahadov, Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan on socio-economic issues.

It was stated that during the meeting, guided by clause 3.3 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 418 dated December 20, 2018, the issue of appointing the Executive Director of TABIB was considered. By the decision of the Supervisory Board, Anar Bayramov was appointed as the Executive Director of TABIB.

Anar Bayramov is a graduate of the Azerbaijan Medical University; during his studies, he was awarded the Academic Mirgasimov scholarship and graduated with honors. He also completed his master’s degree in Economics and Management at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics with a diploma of distinction. He has been a Doctor of Philosophy in Medicine since 2003.

He worked as a doctor at the “MediClub” clinic starting in 1998, and from 2002, he held various positions at “A-Group” Insurance Company, eventually serving as the Chairman of the Management Board. Since 2021, he served as an advisor to the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population. He was the Chairman of the Management Board of the State Medical-Social Expertise and Rehabilitation Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.

By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated April 17, 2025, he was appointed as the Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan. From 2006 to 2014, he served as the Chairman of the Medical Insurance Committee of the Azerbaijan Insurers Association, from 2012 to 2017 as the President of the Caspian-European Financial Club (CEIBC), and from 2017 to 2020 as the head of the Insurance Committee of the Caspian-European Club.
