A yellow and orange warning has been issued regarding the windy weather conditions expected in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, as well as in some regions, from April 11 to 13.
This was reported to elchi by the National Hydrometeorological Service.
It was stated that in accordance with the yellow warning, a north-west wind will blow in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, Nakhchivan AR, Khizi, Siyazan, Guba, Khachmaz, Shabran, Ganja, Shamkir, Gazakh, Tovuz, Aghstafa, Gadabay, Aghdam, Kalbajar, Lachin, Zangilan, Yevlakh, Barda, Tartar, Neftchala, Lerik, Yardimli, and Gobustan, with wind speeds reaching 13.9-20.7 m/s.
In Goranboy, Naftalan, Dashkasan, Mingachevir, and Gusar, in accordance with the orange warning, a north-west wind will blow, and the wind speed will increase to 20.8-28.4 m/s.
