Within the framework of the Cooperation Document between Azerbaijan and the UN covering the years 2021-2025, 121.8 million US dollars have been spent.
“Elchi” reports that the mentioned funds were spent on 5 priority areas in the country.
Thus, 33.7 million manats of the mentioned funds were spent on inclusive growth that reduces vulnerability and increases resilience in the country, 72.7 million manats on the formation of stronger institutions for better provision of state and social services, 11.1 million manats on environmental protection and combating climate change, and 4.2 million manats on gender equality and the empowerment of women.
