Under the ceasefire agreement, Iran will allow no more than 15 ships per day to pass through the Strait of Hormuz.
elchi reports that a high-ranking Iranian source informed the TASS agency about this ahead of the Islamabad talks.
“Under the current ceasefire regime, a maximum of 15 ships are allowed to pass through the Strait of Hormuz per day. This movement depends directly on Iran’s consent and compliance with the terms of a specific protocol. This new regulatory framework, operating under the supervision of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), has been officially brought to the attention of the parties in the region. There will be no return to the pre-war status quo,” the source said.
