Netanyahu back in court

The court hearings on the three corruption cases brought against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will resume on April 12 at the Jerusalem District Court, following a break caused by the military operation against Iran since the end of February.

“Elchi” reports that the court’s press service has released information regarding this matter.

“Due to the lifting of the state of emergency and the resumption of the judicial system’s operations, hearings on Netanyahu’s cases will continue in the normal regime,” the statement says. The document notes that hearings will be held on Sundays at the Jerusalem District Court, and from Monday to Wednesday at the Tel Aviv District Court.

It should be recalled that after the military operation against Iran began on February 28, the Israeli Ministry of Justice had imposed a “state of emergency” in the courts, during which only urgent cases were being heard.
