It was stated that the video footage circulating on social networks and online media regarding the driver who committed a gross traffic violation has been investigated. During the investigation, it was determined that the incident occurred in the Binagadi district of the capital, and that Telman Rustamov, the driver of a “Hyundai” brand vehicle, had entrusted the operation of the vehicle to a minor. Administrative liability measures have been applied to the individual in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
The Main State Traffic Police Department once again draws attention to the fact that entrusting the operation of a vehicle to a minor is not only illegal but also poses a serious threat to road safety. Vehicle owners and parents are urged not to allow such situations under any circumstances.
