The forces of the Ministry of Emergency Situations have continued the work to eliminate the consequences caused by intensive rains throughout the last night and during the day without interruption.
According to the information provided to elchi by the Ministry, currently, appropriate safety measures, including water pumping operations, are being carried out in the Khazar, Nizami, Garadagh, Sabunchu, Surakhani, Binagadi, and Sabail districts of Baku, as well as in the city of Sumgayit and the Absheron, Khizi, and Khachmaz regions.
It should be noted that the measures to eliminate the consequences are being carried out by the forces of the Civil Defense Troops, the State Fire Protection Service, the Special Risky Rescue Service of the MES, and the Sumgayit and Northern Regional Centers.
