“Elchi” reports citing “Hurriyet” that the star player, who underwent an MRI scan, was found to have severe edema in his knee.
After the swelling subsides, Asensio will undergo another examination.
Note that the Spanish midfielder was substituted in the 21st minute of the match against Besiktas due to a knee injury. This season, Marco Asensio has recorded 13 goals and 14 assists in 37 matches for Fenerbahce.
