The deadline for responding to citizen appeals regarding the clarification of addresses by micro-districts, within the framework of preparation for the electronic registration process for the first grade in capital schools, has been extended until April 15.
Information about this was provided to “Elchi” by the Baku City Education Department (BŞTİ).
It was noted that the addresses of schools by micro-districts related to the electronic registration process for the 1st grade for the 2026-2027 academic year have been disclosed to citizens:
“Micro-districts have been determined in accordance with the dislocation provided by the relevant executive authorities.
Citizens must clarify the presence of their permanent registration address (in newly constructed buildings, the address of houses where the “Azerishig” OJSC subscriber code is in their name) in the dislocation by entering the relevant link. Parents whose permanent registration address (in newly constructed buildings, the address of houses where the “Azerishig” OJSC subscriber code is in their name) is not in the dislocation can submit their suggestions and feedback by filling out the relevant form and approaching the education services section of “ASAN xidmət” centers No. 5, 6, and 7 until April 15, or by sending it to the email address dislokasiya@baku.edu.gov.az.
Citizens with additional questions are advised to call the Call Center of the Baku City Education Department (146-1).
Parents whose permanent registration address is not in the dislocation, parents whose permanent registration address is incorrectly recorded in the dislocation, as well as parents who, even if their permanent registration address and relevant school are determined in the dislocation, prefer another school choice citing objective reasons, can apply to “ASAN xidmət” centers No. 5, 6, and 7.”
