Yellow and orange warnings have been issued regarding the expected windy weather conditions in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, as well as in some regions, on April 8.
This was reported to “Elchi” by the National Hydrometeorology Service. It was stated that in Nakhchivan AR, Kalbajar, Lachin, Gadabay, Goygol, Zangilan, Ganja, Tovuz, Jabrayil, Aghstafa, Shaki, Oghuz, Gabala, Goychay, Ismayilli, Shamakhi, Aghsu, Khizi, Hajigabul, Salyan, Shirvan, Bilasuvar, Jalilabad, Neftchala, Khachmaz, Shabran, Siyazan, Gusar, Guba, Lankaran, a north-west wind will blow in accordance with the yellow warning, and the wind speed will be 13.9-20.7 m/s.
However, in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, Dashkasan, Goranboy, Mingachevir, Gobustan, a north-west wind will blow in accordance with the orange warning, and the wind speed will strengthen up to 20.8-28.4 m/s.
