REACTION from Israel to the attack on the consulate in Istanbul

Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued a statement regarding the incident in Turkey.

“Elchi” reports, citing globalinfo.az, that it was emphasized that the consulate was empty during the shooting.

It was stated that due to security tensions with Turkey, the consulate had not been operating recently.

It should be noted that on April 7, a shooting occurred in front of the Israeli Consulate in Istanbul, and 3 people were neutralized.

According to Istanbul Governor Davut Gül, two police officers sustained minor injuries, and work is underway to identify the armed individuals.
