The modern world is going through a very difficult and complex stage. Global military-political processes currently seem to have taken directions that promise deep chaos for the whole world. If this continues, it is by no means excluded that the modern world could face destructive crises in many directions in the near future. And in this regard, the rapidly changing world order, the conditions for the replacement of which are not yet clear, could lead to even more severe global cataclysms.
It should also be noted that the main author of the current global military-political processes is currently US President Donald Trump. Thus, in the time interval since the White House owner came to power in the US, many things in the world have changed significantly, and in a negative context. Although, when President Donald Trump came to power, he was sending peace messages to the whole world, and was even claiming the Nobel Peace Prize. And now there is no doubt that the White House owner is realizing the exact opposite of his promises.
The point is that the US President promised to stop the Ukraine war in just one month. However, although more than a year has passed since his promises, the Ukraine war continues with the same intensity as before. Moreover, during this period, the White House owner has caused the military-political strategy of the US and the collective West regarding the Ukraine war to fail. President Donald has taken steps towards the rapprochement of the US with Russia. And by stopping support for official Kyiv, he has significantly strengthened Russia’s military-political positions.
It is interesting that the White House owner managed to destroy the global geopolitical and security system in just one year. However, the global system that existed before this was formed precisely within the framework of US interests. President Donald Trump, on the other hand, took steps that almost razed that system aimed at US world hegemony to the ground. And that is why, currently, even the issue of alliance with the US has begun to become a sufficiently controversial topic.
Because the White House owner first created a conflict with NATO ally Denmark with the claim of annexing Greenland to the US. This, in turn, seriously damaged the US’s relations with the European Union as a whole. In parallel with this, President Donald Trump further increased tension with NATO with the claim of turning Canada into a new US state. At the same time, the White House owner completely ruined traditional relations with the European Union with harsh economic-trade pressures. And now, in parallel with the US accusations against NATO, the topic of leaving this military-political alliance is being seriously discussed in the White House.
On the other hand, the kidnapping of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro as a result of a military operation conducted by the US completely collapsed international legal norms. Because this unacceptable step has even begun to play the role of a very dangerous international precedent. That is, from now on, if powerful states want to kidnap the leaders of disobedient countries, they have gained the opportunity to refer to this unacceptable step by the US to justify themselves. And in this regard, a system has begun to form where the international legal system no longer has real influence, and the strong are considered right.
Finally, the White House owner, who came to power with slogans of peace in the world, decided to start a major war in the Middle East. As a result, the Middle East turned into a large “powder keg”, and the danger of this military crisis turning into a larger-scale global war is becoming more serious every day. At the same time, the Middle East war, in turn, has caused the closure of the Strait of Hormuz, one of the world’s main energy arteries. And that is why the world is currently drifting rapidly towards an energy crisis, as well as more terrible global cataclysms that it may cause.
It is understood that US President Donald Trump did not manage to fulfill any of the promises he made loudly when he came to power. On the contrary, the White House owner is destroying the global system with his contradictory decisions, invalidating international law, and dragging the world towards a new era of military-political crisis. Moreover, he has strengthened the very dangerous probability that the modern world could fall under the dictatorship of chaos in the near future. And in this regard, it can be considered that currently, President Donald Trump, as well as his administration, continue to create very serious problems for the modern world.
However, the problems created by the Trump administration are not limited only to destructive processes in the global space. Thus, along with the White House owner’s foreign policy, his domestic policy is also causing a strong wave of protest in the US political-social space. That is why, currently, US President Donald Trump’s public rating has dropped to a historical minimum. Mass actions against the foreign and domestic policy of the Trump administration are already being held in the US with the participation of millions of people. And in all likelihood, the political defeat of the Republican Party, represented by the White House owner, will be inevitable in both the parliamentary and presidential elections to be held after this.
As can be seen, President Donald Trump has created a deep internal political-social crisis in the US in just one year in power. At the same time, the White House owner has seriously damaged relations with the US’s traditional allies due to his contradictory foreign policy course. He has dealt devastating blows to the US’s international reputation and weakened its global positions. The global military-political and legal system built to ensure US global hegemony is also almost non-existent. And it is by no means excluded that the US, which continues to lose its allies, could turn into an isolated state in the global space in the near future.
It is understood that the Trump administration is gradually destroying the entire international system that is in the US’s interests. It is still very difficult to imagine the international situation that the US may face after his term ends. Some Western experts even believe that the Trump administration has caused the start of processes that could lead to the collapse of the US as a superpower.
That is why White House owner Donald Trump is currently being compared to the last president of the former USSR, Mikhail Gorbachev. It is even claimed that President Donald Trump could be, at best, either the penultimate or the very last head of state of the US.
