An international festival titled “Migrations, Cultures and Citizenship” was held in Luxembourg.
“Elchi” reports that our country participated in this festival for the first time with the support of the State Committee on Work with Diaspora, the Embassy in the Kingdom of Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and organized by the Luxembourg-Azerbaijan Friendship Association.
The Azerbaijani stand was at the center of attention for festival participants. Guests showed great interest in our country’s rich cultural heritage, national cuisine samples, and traditions formed over centuries. Our compatriots effectively utilized the extensive opportunities for cultural exchange and mutual communication throughout the festival.
Luxembourg’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, Xavier Bettel, as well as the Minister for Family Affairs, Solidarity, Living Together and Reception of Refugees, Max Hahn, closely familiarized themselves with the cultural samples at the Azerbaijani stand.
Azerbaijan’s participation in this prestigious international platform made a significant contribution to the wider promotion of our country’s culture in Luxembourg, the strengthening of cultural dialogue among various communities, and the development of mutual relations.
