“Rules for taking control measures against goods that do not comply with the requirements of technical regulations in consumer markets” have been approved.
According to the news of “Elchi”, the Cabinet of Ministers has made a decision on this matter.
Control measures against goods subject to technical regulation that do not comply with the requirements of technical regulations in consumer markets are carried out by the State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in accordance with these Rules and taking into account the requirements of the Law. Inspections carried out in the field of entrepreneurship are conducted in accordance with the Law “On the Regulation of Inspections in the Field of Entrepreneurship and the Protection of Entrepreneurs’ Interests”.
