As a result of intense rainfall in recent days, activity has been recorded in the existing landslide areas in Zigh settlement of Khatai district and Badamdar settlement of Sabail district, on Salyan highway, and in Bibiheybət.
“Elchi” reports that Ali Aliyev, Chairman of the Board of the Geological Exploration Agency of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, stated this.
He noted that the Operational Monitoring Group is conducting observations in the landslide zones.
It was stated that relevant agencies are currently implementing appropriate preventive measures in the areas.
