A total of 3,322 people have been evacuated from Iran to Azerbaijan from February 28, 08:00, to April 6, 10:00.
According to information obtained by “Elchi”, 575 of those evacuated are citizens of Azerbaijan.
At the same time, 732 citizens of China, 370 of Russia, 238 of India, 198 of Bangladesh, 189 of Tajikistan, 151 of Pakistan, 136 of Iran, 84 of Oman, 68 of Indonesia, 57 of Algeria, 44 of Italy, 27 of Germany, 26 of Spain, 25 of Canada, 19 each of Georgia and France, 18 each of Saudi Arabia and Japan, 16 each of Uzbekistan and Bahrain, 14 each of Poland and Switzerland, 13 each of Nigeria, USA and Kazakhstan, 12 of Hungary, 11 each of Mexico and Belarus, 10 each of Great Britain, Bulgaria and the Democratic Republic of Congo, 9 of Brazil, 8 of Sudan, 7 of Venezuela, and 6 citizens each of Finland, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Belgium, and the United Arab Emirates have been evacuated.
Additionally, among those evacuated are 5 citizens each of Turkey, Serbia, Sweden, Afghanistan, Australia, Austria, Greece, Vietnam, and Kyrgyzstan; 4 each of Jordan, Philippines, Ukraine, Sri Lanka, Kuwait, and Netherlands; 3 each of Qatar, Croatia, Denmark, and Norway; and 2 citizens each of Nepal, Lebanon, Yemen, Myanmar, Cyprus, Egypt, and Slovenia.
One citizen each of Tunisia, South Africa, Maldives, Cuba, Vatican, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Latvia, Belize, and Dominica has been evacuated from Iran to Azerbaijan.
It should be recalled that the US and Israel began military operations against Iran on February 28. As a result, Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and several high-ranking officials were killed. Following this, Iran began striking targets it had identified in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Bahrain, Iraq, and Cyprus, where military bases of the US and its allies are located, in addition to Israel.
