In Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, intermittent rain is expected from the morning of April 4th until the daytime of April 6th. In some parts of the peninsula, the rain is expected to intensify, and on April 4th, it may be heavy for a short period with a possibility of lightning. The expected intense and intermittently strengthening rains are likely to affect areas prone to suburban flooding.

It was reported that in the regions of Azerbaijan, from the morning of April 4th, starting from the western regions, until the morning of April 7th, the weather conditions will be intermittently rainy. In some places, the precipitation will be intense, and in individual eastern regions, it will be heavy, with lightning, hail, and snow expected in some mountainous areas.
An increase in water levels in rivers is expected, and short-term floods and mudslides are not excluded from some mountain rivers, especially from the rivers of the Guba-Gusar region.
After the rainy weather conditions expected on April 4-7, although there will be a short break in precipitation on the daytime of the 7th and on the 8th, rainy weather conditions will be observed again from the daytime of the 9th.
It should be noted that in the first ten days of April, the weather conditions throughout the country will be variable and intermittently rainy.
