The President’s monthly allowance has been assigned to four family members of the mine clearers who died during mine clearance activities – Seymur Rashid oglu Namazov and Ragif Deputat oglu Isayev.
“Elchi” reports that the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population released information about this.
It was stated that the monthly amount of the allowance is 700 manats. The Decree stipulates that this amount will be paid by dividing it into equal parts according to the number of their family members.
It should be recalled that, according to the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev, the allowance of the President of Azerbaijan has been established for the family members of mine clearers who died or lost their lives from injuries sustained during an accident caused by the detonation of explosive ordnance while carrying out mine clearance activities.
The list of family members includes the widow (widower), parents, children under 18 years of age (and in the case of those studying in vocational, secondary specialized, and higher education institutions, until they complete those educational institutions, but no later than reaching 23 years of age), children with disabilities over 18 years of age whose disability was determined before reaching 18 years of age, brothers and sisters raised in orphanages, and grandparents who have no other first-degree relatives.
