As an execution of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated March 31, 2026, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population has appointed the President’s monthly allowance to 4 family members of the mine clearers who died in connection with an accident that occurred as a result of the detonation of explosive ordnance during mine clearance activities – Namazov Seymur Rashid oglu and Isayev Ragif Deputat oglu.
“Elchi” reports that the ministry disseminated information about this.
It was reported that the monthly amount of the allowance is 700 manats.
The Decree stipulates that this amount is envisaged to be paid by dividing it into equal parts according to the number of their family members.
It was noted that, according to the Decree, the list of family members includes the widow (widower), parents, children under 18 years of age (and in relation to those studying in vocational, secondary specialized, and higher education institutions, until they complete those educational institutions, but at most until they reach 23 years of age), children with disabilities over 18 years of age whose disability was determined before reaching 18 years of age, brothers and sisters raised in orphanages, and grandparents who have no other relatives in the first line of succession.
