Within the framework of measures taken to transition digital public services to a single centralized system, the Ministry is about to complete the integration process of its digital services provided through the “e-Sosial” mobile application into the “mygov” platform.
“Elchi” reports that the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population has released information on this matter.
It was stated that the process will be fully completed by the end of this month, and the “e-Sosial” application will completely cease its operations from May 1.
Thus, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population has become the first state institution to integrate its e-services into the “mygov” platform.
At the same time, to prevent the duplication of digital services belonging to the institution and considering that these services are now provided centrally from a single platform – the “mygov” platform – the “e-Sosial” mobile application is ceasing its operations.
It should be noted that the Ministry, being one of the institutions that most widely applies the digitalization process in public administration, has digitized more than 90 percent of its services in recent years.
It has also proactively enabled more than 50 of these services and has become the first state institution to migrate its information systems to the Government Cloud (G-cloud) infrastructure.
