An 81.3-kilometer section of the Ahmadbayli-Fuzuli-Shusha highway has been designated as a toll road.
According to “Elchi”, the Cabinet of Ministers has made a decision on this matter.
According to the decision, an 81.3-kilometer section of the 81.7-kilometer Ahmadbayli–Fuzuli–Shusha highway has been designated as a toll road.
The start and end points of the toll road are as follows:
– starting point: the 157th kilometer of the M–6 Hajigabul–Bahramtapa–Minjivan highway;
– end point: the 100.5th kilometer of the Ahmadbayli–Fuzuli–Shusha highway (Victory Road).
Intersections and junctions of the toll road with other highways:
– 1.4th kilometer of the toll road – Horadiz–Jabrayil–Zangilan–Aghband highway;
– 27th kilometer of the toll road – Fuzuli International Airport access road;
– 32nd kilometer of the toll road – Fuzuli city entrance road;
– at the 32nd, 47th, and 67.5th kilometers of the toll road – Ahmadbayli–Fuzuli–Shusha highway (Victory Road).

– number of lanes: 6 in the 0–46th kilometer section, 4 in the 46–81.7th kilometer section;
– lane width – 3.5 meters;
– shoulder width: 2.5 meters in the 0–46th kilometer section, 2 meters in the 46–81.7th kilometer section;
– roadbed width: 29.5 meters in the 0–46th kilometer section, 21.5 meters in the 46–81.7th kilometer section;
– reinforced shoulder strip width – 0.5 meters;
– median strip width – 2 meters.

– Ahmadbayli–Fuzuli–Shusha highway (Victory Road):
– length – 101 kilometers;
– technical class: III in the 0–17th kilometer section, II in the 17–101st kilometer section;
– number of lanes – 2;
– lane width – 3.5 meters;
– shoulder width: 1.5 meters in the 0–17th kilometer section, 2.5 meters in the 17–101st kilometer section;
– roadbed width: 12 meters in the 0–17th kilometer section, 14 meters in the 17–101st kilometer section;
– reinforced shoulder strip width – 0.5 meters.
The Tariff (Price) Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan must approve the amount of payment for the passage of vehicles on the toll road, taking into account the road’s class.
The State Agency of Azerbaijan Automobile Roads must resolve issues arising from this Decision.
