“Kazakhstan will support Azerbaijan in the development of the Middle Corridor”.
“Elchi” reports that this was stated by Oljas Bektenov, Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, during his speech at the Baku meeting of the Prime Ministers of the member countries of the Organization of Turkic States.
He stated that with the aim of increasing the institutional status of the Middle Corridor, the signing of a relevant intergovernmental agreement with Azerbaijan is planned this year.
The Prime Minister noted that the opening of the Trump route and ensuring its integration into the Middle Corridor is important.
According to Oljas Bektenov, a number of Kazakh companies intend to participate in railway infrastructure construction and modernization projects.
