Approximately 7 million Iranian citizens are ready to take up arms and defend their country.
“Elchi” reports that Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, Speaker of the Islamic Republic’s Majlis (parliament), stated this.
“Exactly now, in less than a week, as a result of a strong national campaign covering the entire country, 7 million Iranians who declared their readiness to take up arms and rise to defend their country have gathered,” he wrote on the “X” social network. According to Ghalibaf, Iranians are ready to “shed blood” and “stand until the end” to protect the republic.
