Today, a freight train consisting of 5 wagons carrying Russian grain to Armenia, passing through the territory of Azerbaijan, departed from Bilajari Railway Station of Azerbaijan Railways CJSC.
“Elchi” reports that the total weight of the grain is 349 tons.
Later, the train will pass from Boyuk Kesik Railway Station to Georgia, and from there it will move towards Armenia.
To date, 23.5 thousand tons of grain, more than 1000 tons of fertilizer, and 68 tons of buckwheat have been sent from Russia to Armenia, transiting through Azerbaijan.
It should be noted that the last time, on March 25, 350 tons of Russian wheat were sent to Armenia, transiting through the territory of Azerbaijan.
