The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan has adopted a new decision in the field of forensic examination.
“Elchi” reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov has signed a decision on this matter.
According to the decision, the “List of forensic examinations conducted in forensic examination institutions and the amount of fees paid for services rendered in connection with forensic examination activities” has been approved.
The document has been adopted in accordance with the eighth paragraph of Article 119 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as the application of amendments to the Law on State Forensic Examination Activities.
In addition, the changes to be made to the document will be regulated in accordance with the procedure for drafting normative legal acts of executive authorities.
