More than 6 kilograms of narcotic substances were discovered from two people detained in Khachmaz.
According to “Elchi”‘s report, during an operation carried out by employees of the Khachmaz District Police Department, previously convicted – 30-year-old Kenan Musayev and 49-year-old Arzu Aliyev, suspected of illegal trafficking of narcotic substances, were detained. From them, 5 kilograms of marijuana, 1 kilogram of heroin, and 309 grams of opium were seized.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding the incident. By court decision, a pre-trial detention measure has been ordered for both individuals.
