Construction work continues on “Cipriani Tower”, considered Azerbaijan’s tallest building, in the “Sea Breeze” resort town. “Cipriani Tower” will be located on the artificial Halfmoon island. This architectural concept will be Azerbaijan’s tallest building with a height of 323 meters.
“Elchi” reports that Emin Agalarov shared information about the project’s future appearance and construction process on his “Instagram” account.
He stated that the project includes a five-star “Cipriani Resort Sea Breeze” hotel with 116 rooms, as well as the “Cipriani Residences Sea Breeze” residential complex, comprising approximately 127 ultra-luxury apartments.
The complex’s infrastructure will include banquet and conference halls, a spa center with a total area of approximately 1647 square meters, as well as “Cipriani” branded restaurants and bars./Sfera.az
