MIA responded to 763 calls in a day

Operational measures are being taken by MIA employees to eliminate the consequences of rain and address citizen appeals.

According to information provided by the MIA’s press service to “Elchi”, 763 calls received by the “102” Service-Call Center within 24 hours were directed to the relevant departments. Of these, 475 were forwarded to the State Traffic Police, 214 to the employees of the Post-Patrol and Rapid Police Regiment of the territorial police bodies, and 74 to other service areas, ensuring necessary assistance was provided to citizens.

Currently, the service organized by the Ministry of Internal Affairs across the country continues in an enhanced regime. The implementation of coordinated activities aimed at eliminating the consequences of rain and ensuring the safety of citizens remains a focus.
