The National Hydrometeorology Service informed “Elchi” that snow is falling in mountainous areas – Kalbajar, Lachin, Shahdag, Khinalig, Gryza, while rain is falling in most regions of the country.
Currently, intensive rain is also falling in Baku and on the Absheron Peninsula. The amount of precipitation recorded is 46 mm, which constitutes 195% of the monthly norm.
