Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed new heads to the counter-intelligence departments of the Security Service (SBU).
“Elchi” reports that Serhiy Hunkovskyi has been appointed head of the Counter-Intelligence Department, and Viktor Zayets has been appointed head of the Military Counter-Intelligence Department.
The aforementioned posts had been vacant for approximately three months. Previously, these positions were held by Andriy Tupikov and Oleksandr Dubrovin. Zelensky signed a decree on their dismissal on January 6.
