Uzbekistan’s Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov and Turkey’s Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan held a phone conversation.

“We discussed the priority areas of our expanding bilateral and regional cooperation, reviewed practical mechanisms to ensure the implementation of agreements reached at the highest level, and also exchanged views on future joint measures.
Touching upon the situation in the Middle East, we emphasized the necessity of resolving existing issues only through dialogue and diplomatic means.
We agreed to strengthen joint efforts for the further development of strategic partnership and the full utilization of its potential,” Saidov noted.
