In January-February of this year, Azerbaijan exported 286,280.92 tons of crude oil to Romania.
According to “Elchi”‘s report, citing the State Customs Committee, the value of this amount of product was 140 million 706.79 thousand US dollars.
The volume of exported product is 0.09% less, and its value is 14.2% less compared to the two months of 2025.
The share of crude oil exported to Romania in Azerbaijan’s total oil exports was 7.95%.
It should be noted that, according to customs declarations, in January-February of this year, Azerbaijan exported 3 million 600 thousand 307.38 tons of crude oil and petroleum products obtained from bituminous rocks, with a value of 1 billion 704 million 408.42 thousand US dollars.
During the reporting period, Azerbaijan conducted trade operations with foreign countries worth 6 billion 264 million US dollars. Of the foreign trade turnover, 3 billion 665 million US dollars accounted for exports, and 2 billion 599 million US dollars accounted for imports.
