Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received a delegation led by Marta Kos, European Union (EU) Commissioner for Enlargement and Neighborhood Policy.
“Elchi” reports, citing Armenian media, which in turn referred to information from the Prime Minister’s office.
Pashinyan noted that the bilateral cooperation agenda is consistently expanding. M. Kos emphasized that the EU will continue to support Armenia within the framework of bilateral cooperation.
During the meeting, the interlocutors discussed the development of partnership, opportunities for expanding economic and investment programs, as well as issues related to the visa regime liberalization process between Armenia and EU countries.
Regional issues and steps taken towards strengthening peace between Yerevan and Baku were also touched upon. Marta Kos emphasized the EU’s full support for efforts aimed at achieving peace.
The parties noted the importance of continuing high-level dialogue and joint efforts to deepen cooperation.
