IDF: Large-scale strikes have been carried out on the infrastructure of Tehran and Beirut.
“Elchi” reports that, according to the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) spokesperson’s office, Israel has carried out large-scale strikes on the capitals of Iran and Lebanon.
The statement says that the strikes target the infrastructure of the Iranian “terrorist regime” throughout Tehran and the “terrorist infrastructure” of the Shiite organization Hezbollah in Beirut.
It was reported on March 17 that, due to military escalation in the last two weeks, more than one million Lebanese have left the southern regions of the republic and the vicinity of Beirut.
A day earlier, Israel’s Defense Minister Israel Katz stated that residents of southern Lebanon will not return to their homes until security is “ensured” in Northern Israel.
