An event on the topic of “Year of Urban Planning and Architecture, and upcoming tasks” was held at the Mughan Regional Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations regarding the “Year of Urban Planning and Architecture”.

Representatives of the Ministry’s regional bodies, as well as Salyan District Executive Power, departments, enterprises, and organizations participated in the event organized by the Mughan Regional Center of the MES.
Colonel Vugar Agayev, head of the Regional Center, opening the event with an introductory speech, noted the importance of declaring 2026 as the “Year of Urban Planning and Architecture” in our country, and spoke about the relevant issues concerning the implementation of the approved action plan’s respective clauses.
Other speakers provided detailed information on the formation of a healthy and sustainable environment related to urban planning and architecture, construction legislation, norms, and rules.
