In Azerbaijan, 11.9 thousand people living with HIV are officially registered at the Republican AIDS Center of the Ministry of Health.
According to “Elchi”, this was reflected in the “Report on the Activities of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2025”, which was discussed at today’s meeting of the Milli Majlis (National Assembly).
It was stated that 1.3 thousand of them were newly registered during the year, and 11.2 thousand people living with HIV were involved in antiretroviral therapy.
