The pre-trial detention period for the accused in the criminal case initiated by the State Security Service (SSS) regarding businessman Adnan Ahmadzada has been extended.
“Elchi” reports that the Sabail District Court considered the investigative body’s submission.
The submission was granted, and the period of the pre-trial detention measure chosen for Adnan Ahmadzada was extended by another 2 months.
It should be noted that Adnan Ahmadzada was detained by employees of the State Security Service last September. He is accused of sabotage against economic security and, in particular, embezzlement on a large scale. (unikal)
