“Elchi” reports that Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport Samir Mammadov said this at a forum on “Consumers in the Modern Digital World: E-commerce, Digital Services, and Security Issues.”
He stated that currently, more than 400 digital services are provided through the “mygov” platform:
“The platform attracted 1.3 million new users in just one year. In January of this year, the total number of users reached 2.5 million. This dynamic indicates the real demand for the platform. At the same time, 10% of physical applications made to service centers are carried out directly via mobile phone without going anywhere.
