“The Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the exchange of government practices between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the United Arab Emirates” has been approved.
“Elchi” reports that President Ilham Aliyev has signed a Decree in this regard.
According to the Decree, after the Memorandum of Understanding enters into force, the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan must ensure the implementation of its provisions, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan must send a notification to the Government of the United Arab Emirates regarding the completion of the domestic procedures necessary for the Memorandum of Understanding to enter into force.
It should be noted that the memorandum was signed in Dubai on February 4, 2026.
