Zelenskyy said the world is not ready for a third world war.
“Elchi” reports that the world is not ready for a third world war. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated this in an interview with Irish journalist Kelin Robertson’s YouTube channel.
Zelenskyy emphasized that the world is currently facing the greatest risk of a third world war in recent years, and he believes that “the world is not ready” for such a conflict.
“Technically, Europe is not sufficiently ready; only a few countries are ready for it. Yes, they are on their way. The Germans are moving very quickly, but this is not enough to prepare for such difficulties. Scandinavian countries are technologically very advanced countries. I mean Northern Europe; they are ready,” Zelenskyy said.
He stated that a war with “missiles and drones” should be distinguished from a ground war, which all countries lack experience in.
“Therefore, I believe that the world is not ready for a world war, because a world war is not only about drones and missiles. “It will be a conflict with ground forces, ground attacks, and a global casualty rate,” he noted.
In February, Zelenskyy stated that he had “long believed” that Russian President Vladimir Putin had allegedly started World War III.
In March, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev noted that World War III could begin at any moment if US President Donald Trump does not change his actions. He emphasized that “any event could be the cause.”
