A road-traffic accident caused by a young person without a driving license in Masally district resulted in death.
This was reported to “Elchi” by the Main State Traffic Police Department.
According to the information, Orkhan Zamanov, who got behind the wheel of a “Mercedes” brand car belonging to Kanan Rufullayev, lost control while driving in the area of Mahmudavar village where they live, around 02:00 at night, and crashed into a stone fence.
As a result of the incident, the 21-year-old young man died at the scene from the injuries he sustained. Kanan Rufullayev, who entrusted him with driving the car, sustained injuries and was hospitalized.
The Main State Traffic Police Department once again emphasizes that driving a vehicle by persons without a driving license, as well as entrusting a car to such persons, in addition to being a gross violation of traffic rules, often leads to severe and irreversible consequences.
Drivers and vehicle owners are urged to refrain from such irresponsible behavior and not to jeopardize the safety of both themselves and other road users.
